By making the purchase through any computer, mobile phone or tablet or any electronic gadget, you agree that you have read, understood and are bound by the Terms.
These terms and various other policies are binding upon you as per the provisions of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 formulated under the Information Technology Act of 2000.
1. Orders, Payments and Delivery
- Once you make a purchase, you should get instant access to the digital product. The case will be different for live classes and consultations. In case of any queries, you can always send an email to admin@pmclounge.com
- Unlike the live classes and consultations, the digital products are available for a lifetime.
- The recorded courses do not come with any 1:1 interaction with the trainer, unless mentioned otherwise.
2. Refund/Cancellations
We do not want to complicate refunds as we understand when you enroll for any of our services be it training programs, live classes or consultations, your aim is to learn and not get into back and forth communication for refunds.
If you are seeking refund for any of our services, please drop an email to admin@pmclounge.com. Note that it takes 3-5 working days to process your refund.
For online programs or consultations, you can initiate a refund at least 3 days prior to the start date. We have a no questions asked refund policy.
However, note that we won’t be able to process refunds in the following cases,
- In case of a No show or an intimation that is 3 days prior to the program or consultation start date.
- In case you purchased a digital product.
